European Instrumental Laboratory

The LIEU, Laboratoire Instrumental EUropéen (European Instrumental Laboratory) is a project dedicated to the promotion of contemporary music creation. Its essential purpose is the constitution of a European network of partners, united by a charter of quality. It favours exchanges between European orchestras, structures and composers, as well as the circulation of worldwide artists and works.

This project is supported by the European Commission.
Indeed, the European Culture Program 2007/2011 has just announced it will support till 2011 this European network created in 2008. The partners, gathered till now come hell or high water, will be able to carry out their ambitious project.

A website dedicated to the LIEU will soon be available online.
